Some procedures require us to keep your pet overnight at our facility, which is why we offer the highest-quality boarding services to give you peace of mind and give your pet a comfortable, enjoyable stay during recovery or observation.
We ensure that every area of our boarding facility is fully climate controlled and features enough space for each animal to feel safe, secure, and comfortable. All pets who are boarded at Anclote Animal Hospital in Tarpon Springs must receive an examination, and must be up-to-date on certain required vaccines.
Before boarding, your pet must be up-to-date on specific vaccines. Dogs must be up-to-date on their Distemper vaccine, Parvo vaccine, Rabies vaccine, and Bordetella vaccine. Cats must be up-to-date on Distemper vaccine and Rabies vaccine.
If your pet is not up-to-date, we can administer these vaccines to your pet upon their arrival at the standard cost.
Our facility features onsite kennels, dog runs, and comfortable spaces where your pet can feel secure and safe, and will be checked on regularly by our trained and kind staff.
Your pet will be provided our standard healthy dry food specific to gastrointestinal health. If you want your pet to eat a different diet, such as the food they eat at home, you’ll need to provide enough food for their entire stay and we’ll be happy to feed it to them based on their regular feeding schedule.
